Join us for a drop-in series to gain spiritual wisdom on navigating our internal “trinity” – we may share teachings about body, mind, spirit, or the integration of these. We may focus on navigating empathy during challenging times. Our OI Instructor will connect with non-physical wisdom teachers for “just in time” development.
These will always be spirit-led and based on the collective need. OI Instructors excel at leaning into energy and connecting with the most suited non-physical teachers to support collective needs.
